I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NO ONE SIGN UP WITH WORKOUT ANYTIME ESPECIALLY WITH THE HIXSON, TN LOCATION. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND PRESSURE YOU TO SIGN UP WITH A TRAINER. AND AFTER I MAILED A CERTIFIED LETTER TO CANCEL MY MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIP THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARD. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO KEEP CHARGING WHEN I AM NO LONGER A MEMBER AND CAN NOT SCAN IN TO USE THEIR FACILIES. AND TO TOP IT OFF WORKOUT ANYTIME IS THREATHING TO TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTION AFTER I HAVE CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES!!!
